Mobility Matters

Mobility is so important.

The definition of mobility is a joints ability to move freely through it's range of motion (ROM). Everyone's mobility is different, some individuals are hyper-mobile in specific joints and others are not. Everyone can benefit from mobility training and it's something you can do daily. Working out improving your ROM through different joints can eliminate pain, allow you to get more out of your training, and help prevent any future injuries.

Mobility is dynamic - you are moving through a stretch in a controlled manor. Unlike static stretching, where you are holding a stretch for an extended period of time.

Everyone’s joints have their own range of motion. The idea of mobility is to not only improve that range of motion, but to do it in a controlled manor. Having control over your joints is the key to unlocking efficient movement patterns.

I’ve uploaded a full body mobility routine you can follow.

This is something you can do daily! If you lack range of motion in specific exercises, that’s ok! Continue to work on it and you will improve.

Mobility matters! Don’t neglect it!!
