At HS Health & Training, our goal is to educate and guide you while you learn to take control of your health and movement patterns. We are there every step of the way while you learn how to adopt a sustainable, healthy & fit lifestyle that yields results, keeps pain away, and places your health as the priority.

Holly started her education in Health & Fitness in 2013 with her undergrad. Through this time, she worked with various clientele from injured, youth training, elite athletes, to general population. She started this business in 2020 to give clients a high quality personal training service that merges her Kinesiologist clinical background with hands-on customized personal training. HS Health & Training clients are given the highest standard of training. Our methods follow creating a fully customized experience for each client taught in a private setting with highly educated professionals to ensure the client yields top quality results.

Our System Of Care:

Holly, and her team member, Kayla, have extensive experience working within clinical settings that has resulted in great understanding of human movement. At HS Health & Training, we have a system that integrates the clinical side with the practical side of hands-on custom personal training. We practice a system of care that is fully custom to each client. It begins with a movement assessment, we analyze each clients mobility, stability, balance, strength, and any neuromuscular imbalances they may have. We then create a fully customized program for each client based on our movement assessment and the clients current goals. With our understanding of human movement, we utilize the best techniques to help clients alleviate pain, move better, and ultimately feel their best. We take a health first approach and ensure the well-being of our clients come first. It is not just a work out program to us, it is a fully customized health and movement enhancement that we want our clients to go on and to feel supported every step of the way. While we are movement specialists first and foremost, in addition to this, we also take concern of each clients personal health journey along the way. We work together with each client in a collaborative and supported way in order to achieve the best results.
