Our System Of Care:

At HS Health & Training, our goal is to educate and guide you while you learn to take control of your health and fitness.

We are there every step of the way while you learn how to adopt a sustainable, healthy & fit lifestyle that yields results, keeps pain away, and places your health as the priority.

We practice a system of care that is fully custom to each client. It begins with a full movement assessment. We analyze each clients mobility, stability, balance, strength, and any neuromuscular imbalances they may have. We then create a fully customized program for each client based on our assessment and the clients current goals to ensure we yield the best results. With our background in movement science, we utilize the best techniques to help clients alleviate pain, move better, and ultimately feel and look their best.

Owner/Personal Trainer, Holly Smith

I am a certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and hold a bachelors degree of Kinesiology (B.Kin).

I am passionate about all things health and training. My goal as a health professional has always been to educate and guide others while they take control of their health and fitness. This involves giving each client the individualized tools they need to see real and sustainable results. Everybody has unique goals, physiology, and starting points so I practice a customized approach for each client. This ensures that each client will reach and sustain their optimal level of health and fitness.

My Team has grown and now includes another trainer, Kelsey. She is full of knowledge and has tons of past experience with exercise and training. She is an amazing asset to the HS Health & Training facility! She will be training clients in-person at the facility. Our facility is private so it will always be just you and the trainer in our gym. We want to provide a comfortable and fully private environment for each client!

We are a training space that offers in-person 1-on-1 personal training and partner training with a fully customized approach in a private setting.

HS Health & Training Online Remote Training

We offer online coaching and custom training online.


We want to give you that fully customized approach with the same value as in-person training but you are able to complete the training where ever you are and whenever you want.

Think of it like having a personal trainer in your pocket.

Everything is programmed through an app so it’s all in one spot for you! Easy to use, videos of each exercise provided, form feedback, notes, and check ins with your trainer.
