What Drives My Passion:
I grew up playing competitive sports and quickly fell in love with training and working towards a goal. My athletic career ended when I decided to get serious about my education in order to pursue a career as a health professional. I finished my degree, became a certified trainer, and developed a strong desire to use my background to teach others how to train and live a healthy lifestyle.
My Coaching Philosophy:
I practice and believe in a holistic and sustainable approach to health and fitness. With my knowledge of how the body works, functions, and moves I can help you create your optimal body.
As a strength and conditioning coach/trainer I teach a style of training that provides constant progression so you can reach your peak fitness level while improving physical strength, obtaining a healthy, maintainable physique, and preventing injury. I like to incorporate all styles of training for specific health benefits as well as to create a more enjoyable training environment.
All programs whether it’s online or in person coaching are individualized. Everybody has unique goals, physiology, and starting points so an individualized approach is necessary to reach your goals. My job as a coach is to help you reach your goals and obtain a body that encompasses health along with functionality. I won’t do the work for you, but I will set you up for success by guiding you, keeping you accountable, and I will be on your team every step of the way. I treat all my clients equal no matter their goal, everyone gets my full attention and my full expertise. If something isn’t working, we adapt and find another way.
My job is to get you to your goal in the most sustainable, effective way possible for your body.

What Drives My Passion:
In my experience with personal training, witnessing clients achieve their fitness goals, improve their health, and enhance their overall well-being is what drives my passion. Knowing that I play a role, however small, in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle is incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about guiding clients towards a holistic approach to a balanced and healthy lifestyle, both inside and outside the gym.
My Coaching Philosophy:
My background in kinesiology and rehabilitation has made me knowledgeable about biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. I incorporate this into my training to result in not only the most effective approach, but one that also enforces safety and proper technique.
My coaching philosophy is centered around the fact that each individual has different strengths, goals, and interests. With this in mind, I tailor each fitness plan to my client’s specific needs, and continuously work with them to adapt if something isn’t working for them. I work with my clients to continuously progress towards their goals, whether that be strength, injury prevention, or overall physical fitness.
Rather than promoting quick fixes and unsustainable methods, I focus on cultivating long-term habits and behaviours that support lasting health and fitness outcomes. I achieve this through equipping my clients with knowledge and skills that empower them to improve their health and wellness.
