      <image:caption>1) Melt the entire bag of chocolate chips in either the microwave or stove. 2) Add in 1 Tbsp of coconut oil to the melting chocolate. 3) In a separate bowl mix peanut or almond butter with 1 Tbsp of honey. (You may need to microwave the almond butter a bit to make it easier to work with). 4) Use a mini muffin tin and line it with the appropriate sized muffin cups. 5) Pour a small layer of chocolate into the muffin cup to just cover the bottom of the cup. * 6) Add your almond or peanut butter on top of the small layer of chocolate. 7) Finish by covering with chocolate. * *I used a spoon to pour the chocolate - you need about 1 tsp of chocolate on the bottom and top of the almond/peanut butter. 8) Cool in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour. 9) Sprinkle sea salt or pink himalayan salt on top</image:caption>
